Profile Description

As an experienced and dedicated customer service representative in the past for 6 years, it helped me enormously in gaining and developing my skills in the customer service field like: customer interaction/selling/customer handling/identifying the immediate and underlying issue of the customers' issues at its best. All through out my career in the BPO industry, I've also learned to deal with different types of clients--Americans, British, and
Australians.
Prior to that, I also became a Data Entry Specialist for a company that handles US accounts, and that enhanced and improved my typing skills which I had later used to my other jobs. I am willing to pursue a career that requires me to work at home, and always seeking for a long term basis. I am a hard working individual
and takes my job seriously, but making sure that I still enjoy it,
I am also flexible when it comes to performing tasks. I am keen to details and able to follow instructions accordingly. I also love to work under pressure as it gives me a sense of pride to positively approach a difficult situation,whether be in my career, or my personal life.
