I build automation systems that replace manual work — not "streamline operations," not "empower your team," just actually remove the task from a human's plate.

My focus is on production-grade systems: multi-agent pipelines, RAG knowledge bases, document processing workflows, and voice AI agents. I design the architecture, build the workflow, and make sure it holds up after I hand it off. Most of my background is in n8n with Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini as the AI layer — but I've also spent time in GoHighLevel building funnels and CRM automations, so I understand the business side of what I'm automating, not just the technical side.

Systems I've shipped

4-agent sales pipeline — GHL webhook trigger, Apollo enrichment, AI lead scoring, personalized outreach drafts, 3-channel Slack routing. Zero manual sorting from lead capture to draft email.
6-agent customer support system — Supabase pgvector RAG, session memory across last 6 exchanges, 5-category intent detection, confidence scoring, Slack escalation when the system isn't sure.
Authorization document reader — dual extraction (text + Claude vision fallback for scanned/handwritten docs), 3-layer validation, 12 fields per document. Saves a paying client 10-15 hours a week. Still running.
AI voice lead qualifier — Vapi outbound agent calls leads within 60 seconds of a form submit, captures 6 qualification fields, logs 4 outcome paths to a Google Sheets CRM.
RAG knowledge base — Supabase pgvector, Gemini embeddings, cited answers with document name, section, and Drive link.
AI receipt processor — OCR + 3 Gemini agents, 0.80 confidence threshold, Slack routing for anything that needs a human eye.

What I build
AI workflows and agents — multi-step pipelines with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini at the core, built and orchestrated in n8n.
Document and data processing — extraction, validation, and structured output from PDFs, emails, and forms. Includes fallback logic for messy inputs.
Voice AI — inbound and outbound Vapi agents that qualify leads, handle inquiries, and log everything automatically.
Lead and CRM automation — capture, enrichment, scoring, and routing connected to GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, and Slack.
API and SaaS integration — webhooks, REST APIs, and multi-tool connections that keep data moving without anyone doing it manually.
Funnels and marketing automation — GoHighLevel builds including sales pages, quiz funnels, email sequences, upsells, and lead magnet delivery.

Everything I ship has error handling, fallback paths, and Slack alerts built in. Systems break — the architecture should account for that from day one.
