With the work environment I was exposed to even during my first job ever as a call center agent, it molded me to be able to produce good quality of customer service or work. Through my call center experience, it developed my communication skills, the ability to be able to adapt in a stressful, high quality required environment and/or situation. To multitask is also a big thing as its
one of the secrets to be able to meet metrics.
Aside from being able to work in a call center industry, I was able to work in the Digital Media Advertising Industry as well which really opened my eyes to web based tasks. I have learned to troubleshoot ads being implemented in websites. Working on javascripts, CSS and HTML scripts to see where lies the root cause of the issue. It was also with that company that I was given the task to do refresher trainings to employees and start-up trainings to new hires. Without that experience, I will never learn how it feels to have really loved your job as most of my time was spent to that job. I have also experienced giving coachings to my colleagues related to their performance and setting action plans to be able to meet the clients and work requirements. With that being said, what I really learned after all those experience was if you love your job, no matter how much you stop yourself, you just can't stop it from working. Working your ass off for something will never feel taxing at all. You'll feel fulfilled instead.
What I am looking forward now, is to finish my CCNA modules and to take the exam to be CISCO certified. I hope when I'm done with all that, I'll be able to get a job related to it and use my newly learned skill. Networking has always been the apple of my eye ever since I was studying. Programming didn't really make it to my taste but I still have good grades on that subject, way back though. I am more into hardware. I hope one day, I get to hone my skills in that aspect.
