I have had substantial experience that would contribute significantly to my competence for performing the job of a virtual assistant. Most significant would be my 2-year experience as an Administrative Assistant for a Dental Office employing 6 dentists and 3 technicians. I was reporting directly to the owner and was virtually in charge of all the office works. My duties included accounts payable as well as accounts receivable. I posted the daily/monthly/yearly collections and expenses of the clinic in the ledger. I computed the monthly payroll of all the employees and monitored their attendance. I handled all inquiries from clients/patients (both local and foreign) and coordinated all the dental appointments.
On top of all these, I have had experience as a Human Resource staff, Data Processor and Secretary. I was also able to successfully complete a Medical Transcription course.
