Profile Description

I am currently working to one of the biggest BPO industry here in the Philippines. I've been with the company for almost four years. My role in the company is a senior collection analyst. As a collector my duties and responsibilities is to collect and recover customer receivables and debt. Ensure cash collection activities meet the requirements of the client by reducing debt aging and maximizing cash collection, while maintaining a professional relationship with the client and their debtors. Our client is one of the biggest companies when it terms to advertising. I've handled North America region, EMEA region and currently I'm handling the APAC region of the client.
With that kind of work and experience I can say that I have good communication skills and have a better excel expertise.
