My background includes banking operations, customer service and transcription and proofreading supervision. I supervised six rank and file bank operations employees. I was responsible for timely loan collections, audit compliance and introduction and marketing of bank products and services. With transcription, I was instrumental in the growth of the company from 10 transcribers, 7 editors and 3 proofreaders to more than 50 transcribers, 20 editors, 10 proofreaders and 4 supervisors. This also translated to a total of 2,200 minutes of transcription sent back to the client everyday. I went from Officer in Charge to Head of Operations to Operations Manager in a span of five years.
