Principal Accountabilities
A. Account Management
1.
An Account Manager should ensure overall customer satisfaction with AMTC service and achieve highest possible yields.
The ultimate objective of the position is revenue generation.
2.
Communicate with other functional teams such as terminal operations for all branches, accounting, finance, treasury, customer service.
3. Managing and developing projects such as customer support and issues management, service level agreements, customer intelligence etc.
4. The Account Manager should be able to manage volume and revenue performance against sales forecasts and historical performance.
B.
Business Development
1. An Account Manager should be able to maintain existing business relationships and expands market share.
2. Prospecting and qualifying new customers.
Initiating and establishing relationships with customers and collaborating with the Management to establish objectives directed towards the expansion of the business.
