I have 2 and a half years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative and Telemarketer for SDWheel Corp, a U.S.based wheels/tires company. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate adverse decisions and differing opinions in a positive, professional manner. A good team-player and can work with minimal assistance.

My work has given me experience in quoting packages for customers, verifying fitment of wheels and tires, sending out tracking information, calling manufacturers to confirm availability of products, answering customer inquiries regarding wheels and tires and segregating emails to appropriate levels for efficient handling.

I am sure, I would be an ideal part of your team to accomplish your requirements. I will be available on a part-time or full-time basis, you decide the time, and I will be there with uninterrupted Internet connection. I also have experience in handling of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc and is capable of understanding how every social media works.
