I was initially hired as a Virtual Assistant who checks and responds to clients’ emails and co-ordinate the flow of information internally. I schedule and confirm meetings and appointments. I am very good with data entry and web research. I was later trained to do SEO and build websites. I use Wordpress as my main CMS – adding/editing/updating posts, pages, plugins, etc. I can also do Amazon, Ebay, and Craiglist listing. I am very good with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Although a non-native English speaker, I do have a good command of the English Language. I have taken the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam on both general training and academic with an average of 7.5/9 that proves that I can work competently in any major English-speaking countries (a copy of the exam result may be provided upon request). IELTS exam is a requirement of schools, professional bodies, and even immigration to test your English skills - speaking, reading, writing, listening. I have also taken and passed the Berlitz English test back in 2009 when I worked as a technical support representative for AT&T U-verse.
I am a fast learner and tends to think outside the box. I am assertive and have a keen attention to details.
