? Encode all reports, routine communication and other related information;

? Compiles reports, circulars, orders, memoranda and other necessary records;
? Records incoming & outgoing correspondents, reports, and other communication;
? Delivers official papers and communications;
? Assist in maintaining records, files, documents of the division; and
? Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
? Serves as support staff in the conduct of preventive education programs.
? Serves as web coordinator of the Preventive Education, Training & Information Division.

? Ensure correct required information is entered into central database (SAP) and other tools needed to perform the tasks for IBO operations.
? Process CBA requests as specified in the business processes.
? Coordinate with CBA’s via email regarding task issues and discrepancies.
? Monitor TDF inbox and answer CBA’s escalation (Endorse task if necessary).
? Coordinates with Sykes Costa Rica and assists with their load (and vice versa) if and when necessary
? Train new agent when directed.
? Assist and answer colleague’s question regarding difficult task and issues.
? Audit colleague’s task.
? Perform assigned extra tasks.
? Participates in BCP once activated to keep the business running.
? Work in cooperation with other employee and/or outside company employee when directed.
? Makes and submit required reports if directed.
? Attend training and seminar when required.
