I have been writing for Cebu-based newspapers, Cebu Daily News, The Freeman and the defunct Newstime Daily, and have been writing for the Philippine Daily Inquirer. I was a copy editor for the Philippine Daily Inquirer for around 7 years until I resigned last March 31, 2014. I do love writing and could do hard news and feature stories. I also love doing research work on the internet.
I also worked as an information officer of a telecommunications company, Isla Communications, which has since been acquired by Globe Telecom. As information officer, I was tasked to prepare press releases for the media.
I was also a technical assistant to the late Undersecretary Rhett Pelaez, Presidential Assistant for the Visayas. I prepared letters for Usec Pelaez, in response to the communication he received from various local government officials, as well as prepare some of his speeches.
