I have been working 12 years. I started off as a Graphic Artist for 2 years. Worked with software's like Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other Design software's. Left the Designs word, with an intermediate skill level on the design’s.
I have been in the contact or call industry since 2003. I have worked my way through the corporate ladder in the industry started as a Representative and walk my way as a Program Supervisor. The accounts that i have handled are all in the technical Account from Computers to ISP Industry all American base companies from New Jersey to Texas. I have handled manual to virtual troubleshooting procedures. I have also handled teams from customer service, technical support, sales, and management. I have managed a team and team leader to manager. I have been a apart or the SME (Subject Matter Experts team for MS Vista). I have also working in the RPO industry or the Recruitment industry from 2010 until 2013, I have also worked directly with an international company in the recruitment industry. Home base work. Worked with American and Canadian companies as a company that handles their recruitment for their technical team and other man power needs for their company. I have been an Online English teacher for Chinese student base in china. I have taught reviews for TOEFL, IELTS, Foreign Trade, Negotiations and Debate for sales and reporting. I have use the MS office 2007 and 2010 mainly word and excel. I have also use company software's. I can work in minimal supervision. I can work individually in an in a team setting.
