Tasks and Responsibilities (Media Research Supervisor):
• Does intensive research for both English and non-English media database
• Conducts final interviews along with the manager
• Trains new hires and ensures that they are ready at the end of the training period
• Does mentoring, coaching and checks the quality of the research made by the researchers
• Works on another project that has something to do with our line of business
• Sends daily report and coordinates with the US management on a daily basis
• Keeps track of the team’s attendance and productivity
