I worked as call center agent from 2007-2012. I have handled outbound, inbound accounts and being a virtual assistant. As a call center agent I worked with Sykes Asia for more than 2 years and was given a opportunity to be a level 2 agent after 6 months of being a CSR. I was able to handle soft selling for Hotels.com account with Teleperformance back in 2012 which was also a combination of calls and email support. After I graduated colleges,
I worked with Paradigm Group who caters for Australia and US for small to medium size businesses. I handled a team of Virtual Assistant for Australia which part of my job is to speak with the future clients and close a deal with them. What we do was, we support them for their inbound calls, manage their calendars, meetings, websites, chat support, marketing management, data encoding, photo editing and transcription.
