I worked for digital paradise as a computer technician for about 6 months my primary responsibilities were attending to customers needs such as having difficulties in windows application. I also
did scanning and printing and a bit of photo editing. And of course fixing computers that are having
issues. I also worked at Alorica as a technical support agent where I troubleshoots and configure routers and modems. After that, I worked at Amberbase Solutions as a customer service representative where in I took phone orders of drugs, credit card information verification and encode it to the database.
Currently, I am working with a real estate virtual assistant company for more than a year now, where in i handle Market Leader and Househunt as well as managing social media websites and Craigslist posting. I am also in charge in entering and updating listings in MLS, updating client's website contents and making flyers, poster and virtual tours. I am also familiar with mykw, wiseagent, and redx to update and manage leads progress, and makes email campaigns and monthly newsletter as well. I was also exposed to transaction coordination where in i used dotloop and docusign to track documents if completed they are properly signed.
