ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, TREASURY, GENERAL LEDGER, AUDITING

I am experienced in account reconciliation by reviewing transactions entries and ensure accounting entries are correctly used. I assist AP and AR in reconciling with their supplier and customers. I assist in the preparation of financial statements and do necessary journal entry adjustments to make report more accurate and realible.

Accounts Payable Supervisor- I assist in the preparation of AP vouchers. Validate the billing received , ensure accuracy of payment processing and timeliness of month end closing. I assist AP staff in their daily tasks and reconcile with supplier when needed.

I reconcile bank statements by ensuring all disbursements and payment receipts are properly recorded. Ensure that bank and book ending balance records are balanced

I monitor AR aging, assist in collection follow-ups, issue collection notices and statement of account .Review every customers order especially with those overdue accounts. And reconcile with sales team and customers .
