I am a licensed pharmacist and healthcare virtual assistant with over 11 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical field.

I have built my career working across sectors such as hospital pharmacy, regulatory pharmacy, telehealth services, and virtual healthcare support, delivering measurable outcomes in areas including patient coordination, medication management, insurance and prior authorization support, and healthcare administrative operations.

I’ve had the opportunity to support clients in the Philippines and remote international healthcare settings, which has strengthened my ability to work effectively in global, fast-paced, and detail-driven virtual environments.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Centro Escolar University, complemented by hands-on experience in both clinical and virtual healthcare workflows. I am proficient in tools and platforms such as Tebra and Rhinogram, which I use to support patient communication, chart documentation, scheduling, and care coordination.

My core strengths include attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and strong communication skills, and I am known for my ability to streamline administrative workflows, support providers efficiently, and ensure accurate and timely patient documentation and coordination.
