The real estate industry has always fascinated me. My love for houses and house interiors has somewhat encouraged me to take a career in this industry. I love beautiful houses. I am also challenged with not so nice looking houses but with potential. In as much as I have pursued other careers in the past, I find myself browsing through architectural magazines and home interior books. I also enjoy looking at a piece of property being built from scratch, whether its a modest home or an apartment complex to a high rise condominium residential or office buildings. I also love to prospect potential properties for a particular purpose, taking into consideration proximity to facilities, location and zonal value. I am have basic computer knowledge which I use to browse through potential properties on the web and on social networking sites. My passion in this industry will be an asset as well as my ability to be goal oriented, self directed and can solve minor obstacles immediately
