Profile Description

My first work was a Back Of House Customer Service Representative I work with this company for 4 years and 2 months, as a BOH CSR I used to complete orders for a big telecommunication company in Australia aside from that I also answer escalations for the client thru email or sometimes thru calls it depends on the client needs how important the escalations. Then I was work as an Advisor for a big mobile company in the United States of America for 4 months, my work here was an email support representative. My previous job was a Voice and Data Services Manager for a big telecommunication company in the United States of America here I deal with business customer for their internet connection, I communicate with the customer thru email and also outbound call.
