Profile Description

As a Sales Support I take it upon my self to take instructions very seriously, however when I know there are better ways of getting the result I will speak my mind. Aside from that when I know that something is wrong with the instruction I also speak up to my seller.
Research is also important for me, as I never get all the data needed from my busy seller. With the data that I get from my seller with the data that I have gathered, I have developed my analytical skills to allow me to proceed with the least consultations or questions. But when all else fails, I go back to my seller and present where I've been through which is to no avail, and ask directly for the information or directive.
Whenever I encounter new things or do not have the skills required of me, I always admit it. But if given the chance I am always eager to learn. I usually take one or two live example to remember things. I am also fond of taking notes of the things that I have learned and try to remember them.
Lately I fancy working in Excel Spreadsheets, though I admit I am only familiar with the basic excel formula and not yet familiar with Macros and Pivot.
I love the English Language as well, I am more comfortable with it than my native language.
