I am a technical person with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
I am great at handling computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint), and Autocad. I am also highly capable of troubleshooting and setting up network connections and I can easily adapt and learn new technologies and new computer applications.
Furthermore, with my experience as a Financial Consultant, I had learned to be more people person as I have dealt with people of different walks in life. As a result, I was one of the agents who had been very productive among the unit I belonged. With my contribution, our team was awarded with bronze level performance even though our unit was relatively new back then.
In addition, I have also gained a lot of knowledge and my technical know-how was broadened when I worked as a Technical Support Professional of Acer. My role was to troubleshoot
hardware units (computer, tablets, phone, projector) and some software applications with the customers while meeting key performance indicators and I was able to consistently solve large volume of cases everyday.
