I graduated last 2009 with a degree in Communications. Started working as a Collection care representative handling an automotive account then left after 2 months because my mom was very will during that time. After a few months, I found another job, still in the BPO industry. I started as a sales agent on phones then I got transferred to chat. After a couple of years I got promoted as a sales trainer. Eventually I resigned to pursue a career, in the recruitment industry. I worked for a month only as a Senior Recruiter level 2. I left without notice because I see no growth and nothing but mismanagement in the company.
