Profile Description

I am one of those employee who had both experiences of working as an IT Admin Assistant and an IT Service Desk rolled into one. I had the luxury of working in an IT BPO/Call Center as well as in the IT Enterprise Infrastructure side. Working with the BPO, that is where I developed myself learning basics such as active listening, building rapport, call handling, email/chat support and documenting information (data entry) in the ticketing tool. Combining those administrative skills and experiences in both consumer and enterprise environment are one of my strongest points in performing virtual assistance/admin tasks.
One realization that I have is that this work is both challenging and rewarding at the same time, challenging in the sense that you tackle different tasks on a daily basis, rewarding in the sense that you know you have ease the load of business owners in their daily operations.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
