I worked in the Call and Contact Center Industry for almost 4 years answering Inbound Calls and Emails.
I also did Telemarketing for 3.5 years, and Web Services for 1 year.
I was part of the Email Support Team for 4 years and one of my responsibilities was to export emails from our HR file and assign them to the other team members. I made sure that each team member finished all the emails assigned to him or her before his or her shift ends. I collected and reported all answered emails to the management for auditing and documentation purposes. I did floor support and assisted our new hired employees on how to answer calls and email inquiries.
Aside from answering email inquiries, I also did administrative work (i.e. attendance tracker, exceptions, filing of documents, etc.) for my supervisor when he was in meeting or on leave.
I also provided phone support if there was a high call volume and rendered overtime to help reach the Service Level Average (SLA) that our client was requiring us to meet.
I just transferred to a new role, IBM US Payroll-Tax Practitioner. I handle reimbursement of Multi-State Tax withholdings for previous years, and Tax Preparation Fees. I also handle W2 Corrections for Travel & Expenses.
My qualifications make me well suited to your job posting. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the position with you. If you have questions or need any information from me, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for your consideration.
