Profile Description

I.T. / COMPUTERS / WEB – Computer platforms on Microsoft Windows, Linux and Macintosh O.S. (Operating Systems)
With Software proficiency in the following (but NOT limited to) applications:
- Microsoft Windows Office Applications
- Adobe Photo Shop®(advance level), Adobe Illustrator®, (advance to expert level), Dreamweaver®(advance to expert level), Adobe Fireworks, WinMerge, Navicat, Putty Shell, SecureCRT
- Web scripts, language, frameworks and technologies such as; PHP (advance level), JavaScript® (intermediate level), MySQL (advance level), MooTools, AJAX, JSON, CSS, HTML, HTML5, XML, JQuery, Prototype JS, Web 2.0(XMLRPC, API’s and RSS) etc.
- Web Server setup, management and maintenance both on Windows (IIS) and Linux Platforms, includes APACHE, PHP(including PHP modules and frameworks like CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend), Perl, SQL(any major database platforms), POSTGRE, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, Mail Servers(POP, SMTP, etc.), Ruby and Ruby on Rails, digital certificates. Web hosting applications and control panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, Webmin, etc.
- Agile Software Development, SugarCRM, vTiger, Project/Time Collaboration and management tools such as: CVS, Subversion(SVN), Collabnet(TeamForge, Scrum), Basecamp, Mantis, TimeDoctor, MS Project, OpenProj, MS Sharepoint and Brightpoint, etc.
- Help Desk Software / Support Ticket System such as: ZenDesk, Kayako, PhaseWare Tracker, etc.
Computer Networking Technical works with knowledge (intermediate to advance level) in TCP/IP networking and assorted networking security protocols including wired and Wi-Fi/wireless install and maintenance. With good grasp and background on network security audit.
Solid project managerial and enterprise level experience on Mambo and Joomla CMS (Content Management System) Administration, Joomla core code development or modification, template/themes/skin development, Joomla component, plug-ins, modules or extensions development from scratch or bare PHP/MySQL codes to finish product that is translated from client’s need or requirement. Experience with other CMS such as Drupal, WordPress, XOOPS and TYPO3. Experience in data migration from: static HTML/content, CSV and flat files into dynamic/database driven websites and migration from one CMS to another.
Extensive knowledge and experience managing eCommerce and shopping cart software/engines on: development, customizations, security and security audit, payment gateways, shipping modules, checkout process, API integrations (Application programming interface), deployment and maintenance. Such as (but not limited to) : Virtuemart, osCommerce, Magento, Zen Cart, OpenCart, X-Cart, etc.
Solid experience and grasp on PLC (Project Life Cycle - planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources), SDLC or Systems/Software Development Life Cycle and SDLC methodologies to meet client/customer expectations (or at most times even exceed it).
With good legal background and foundations on computer software and hardware licensing, usage, copyrights and other legal computer related technical matters (based on legal studies and work experience on application/solution development).
Software/Application Security, Q.A./Q.C. of code standards, W3C, HTML, XHTML, CSS, etc standard and webpage ACCESABILITY compliance. Good knowledge on product testing process and protocols (Unit testing, Integration testing, Customer acceptance testing, Manual testing, Load testing, etc).
MORE THAN 1 DECADE experience on over-all management, direction and leadership of I.T. related projects (total 12 years I.T. experience) that are on web development, web applications and local applications and on remote server install and maintenance. Talent and skill acquisition and sourcing, Management skill on handling and supervising I.T. staff/talents and separate development teams on various web and I.T. related projects, including management and maximization of available resources such as hardware availability, staff skill/talent sourcing and performance sourcing and matching. With good costing and estimation on project requirements, project deadlines and schedules, project feasibility, project delivery, project testing and support.
Above average knowledge on software/application (both proprietary and open-source) and hardware procurement required for I.T. and WEB development environments towards communication, task, programming, testing and test beds, sandboxes, data processing, local/file, database and WEB servers, networking, ISP, etc.
Extensive and in-depth skill, knowledge and experience on “SEO or Search Engine Optimization” and web marketing and its techniques, strategies and ---------- cludes but not limited to: Quality and manual Link building (both one way and two way), key-word URL targeting posting and dropping, elimination of bounce rates and canonicalization of URL’s and pages, link trackers and checkers, backlink analysis, SEO Hosting, Multiple IP Hosting, Multiple DNS Hosting, IPv4 SEO addresses (Cloud DNS), SEO friendly URL’s, Page Meta and title Tags, Content Farm and niche site webbing, ---------- ing leading industry SEO site monitoring technologies, standards and applications such as: Alexa, Google Page Rank system, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools,
RavenTools, CopyScape, Adsense, ClickBank, Nagios, OpenX ad servers, etc..
Superior pre-sales (sales leads sourcing), Sales and technical translations of client requirements to laymen’s terms and vice versa (lay-men to technical) to translate from client to developers and developers to clients language or parlance.
