As a VA, I worked as a Cold Caller calling homeowners and setting appointments to meet with my ---------- addition, I was also a Transaction Coordinator responsible for handling contracts and transactions from Listing to Closing, managing and updating our CRM, following up with clients, entering and managing our short and long-term rental, updating their website, calendar, research, appointments, creating CMA drafts, e-mail marketing, drip campaigns, creating flyers and other graphic material, basic video editing, basic QuickBooks, managing other VA's within the team and managing all social media platform. Besides these skills, I know the etiquette of working virtually and can provide transparency, honesty, and reliability by providing consistent communication and 100% attendance at work.
