Profile Description

I believe that I have gained enough knowledge and skills through years of experience that is similar to your line of business. I always try to have a check list of myself and find more ways to innovate those skills I have acquired, very goal oriented, I always make sure to have rooms not just for improvement but for more knowledge.
I have been in the BPO industry since 2006. I worked as a Reservation Officer for a Timeshare company. We call perspective clients who can attend to one of our 90 minute presentation and also we make sure that they would be able to be there on time. Luckily, besides getting my basic pay I was able to get a lot of incentives for hitting the monthly quota. Unfortunately, there is no career growth in the company and a mass resignation happened. After which, I became a Customer Service Associate for Zynga. Mainly, we assists customers regarding their gaming concerns, technical issues, as well as billing problems. We are required to at least have 80 emails or 60 chats in a day and I was able to meet the standards and even exceeded for doing more than what is expected. After being in the company for more than 3 years, I decided to stop working to personally assists my children and to have a rest since I was having some throat problems. After, less than a year, a friend of mine referred me to their company for a project based job as a Business Process Services Representative. Since Kohl's is into online shopping they needed extra people to cater for the peak season. We handle email from Kohl's shoppers and answer their inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions details, tracking information, as well as the disputes. I was pregnant with my youngest at that time and even though it was a project based account and the company was impressed with our work they wanted us to be one of their regular employees but then I decided not to push with it since I still need to rest before giving birth.
Then, 3 months right after I gave birth to my daughter, I decided to just work at home for NMR or www.nomorerack.com which is very similar to your company. Same with Kohl's I answer email from online shoppers asking about a particular order such as tracking details, information about the item, and also with their account information. Worked there for 8 months and just recently I resigned for having some payroll issues. They allow people to have an open overtime and I worked almost 16 hours a day, unfortunately they were not able to pay me for those extra hours I have worked.
I believe, I always try to meet the requirements that I need for a certain task and even make sure to exceed the company's expectation with their employees.
