Profile Description

I am highly proficient in spoken and written English as is evidenced in my work experience. I've been a call center agent, a quality assurance specialist, an English coach, and a supervisor for an English team. My 8-year call center experience was all with just one company. I've also done some freelance writing for a few clients online.
I'm a team player, but I can also work efficiently with minimal supervision. I maintain a personal blog on Blogger, and I know MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint pretty well. I'm a quick study, so working with new tools is not an issue for me.
I'm currently a full time housewife, but I'm looking for a stable part-time job so that I can help with our monthly expenses at home. Because of this need, you can be assured that I will give you the output that you want and in a timely manner.
