I have been working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one of the BPO companies in the Philippines for almost three years now. As an SME, I provide professional, convenient, and thorough customer support to any query of my associates, provide reasonable analysis with problems or customer concerns to come up with sound solution, conduct grow sessions and trainings to associates to improve their product knowledge. I am trained to be an efficient Subject Matter Expert, in terms of knowledge in agent development and different coaching methodologies.
One of my greatest achievements is that I initiated and facilitated the CSAT Academy which focused on the bottom performers on Phone Overall SAT and improve associates’ scores through training, in depth coaching and mentor support.
I have advanced knowledge in in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other Windows applications.
