I've been a call center agent for the longest time. I am used to dealing with Australians, New Zealanders, Americans, Singaporeans and Filipinos over the phone. My first job was dealing with Americans for Oregon Scientific Inc as email and voice support, where I provided customer service, technical support and sales. I also represented JetStar Airways wherein I amended flight reservations, made new flight reservations, and assisted customers with recovery options during situations wherein their flights were cancelled/delayed. I resigned from my previous job due to my health issues, as my lungs were getting weakened by the pollution to and from work. I am fluent with speaking and writing English, and I'm fond of reading and writing whenever I can. I spent over 2 years at HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines supporting bank operations, where I specialized in outbound telemarketing for banking products. I had to resign as my family needed me for an extended period as two of my immediate family members have been hospitalized. I'm looking for work now online as I still wish to continue working and earning as much as possible. Being a natural born American, English is my first language, and communicating with it is as natural to me as breathing. It is my hope that through this I can earn enough to make this next job I get permanent so that I can show my future employer what an asset I'll be to the company. I've got the paperwork to prove it too, if need be.
