Good Day! I've been in the Call Center industry for almost five years. From sales, collections, customer service and verification. But it is my first time to try it home base. I'm so excited about it because I will be working from home. Far from the hassle of traffic and the Best of it all is I can spend more time with my family.
My very first Call Center job is with Etelecare under Sprint / Nextel Acct. My position is Sales Agent, basically we call customers to ask them to sign up for a line w/ Sprint/Nextel which goes with a free cellphone.
After Etelecare I was with Genpact,LLC for two years as a Collections Agent under Standard Chartered Bank Acct. My job is to call customers to ask them to pay for their past due accts.
After Genpact, I was with Sykes, under METLIFE Acct. It is an Inbound set up where in Dentist or Dental Assistants call us to know what are the coverage of their patients healthcard.
And my most recent job is with IF Outsourcing, this is an Australian Company and my acct is Simply Energy.
Sales Representative from Australia will call us and we will do the verification. The purpose of the verification is to make sure that the customers fully understand the agreement they are entering into.
