Profile Description

Prior to landing a post in the government sector, I was an accomplished data analyst and continuous improvement champion in a multinational BPO, Startek International Ltd. During my stint with Startek, I rose through the ranks, starting off as a customer service representative and got promoted to Team Lead after just over a year, partly due to the Top Agent of the Month Awards I garnered leading to the Agent Of The Year prize. I then moved on to the administrative side of the business, handling data analysis and presenting to the upper management action plans as a continuous improvement champion, focusing on ways how to elevate the quality of customer service being delivered to the clients.
I then moved to the government sector as an Administrative Officer III of the General Services Office, focused on the Procurement side of operations. I ensured that all members of the procurement team are delivering efficiency with full integrity in terms of the entire procurement process.
