Profile Description

I have approximately 5 years of working in the BPO industry which helped me develop a skill set, centered on customer service. In July of 2013, I started being a virtual assistant and eventually became social media manager/project manager. Through working as a VA, I have gained knowledge in how to use Wordpress for posting blogs/articles. I have acquired knowledge in tweaking images using Adobe Photoshop, and I'm capable of uploading and downloading images in a well organized manner. I have experienced generating leads using different social media platforms and setting up appointments using Google Calendar. I have a very good experience in research and content development, and I also have a good grasp in creating marketing plans and campaigns. Aside from those acquired skills, I have a very good interpersonal skill that allows me to work harmoniously with a team.
