* I have more than 20 years experience in equipment/system maintenance and operations.
* I have done several designs of equipment used for engineering laboratory purposes, and were fabricated and marketed by a local laboratory equipment supplier.
* I have designed cleanrooms, and other commercial and industrial HVAC systems, and supervised their implementations.
* I have designed thermal systems (steam plants and solar thermal plants) and retrofitted boilers for efficiency improvements.
* I have conducted engineering studies to solve HVAC, thermal, CDA, DI, WWTP, and power distribution problems.
* I have conducted studies regarding plant expansions and retrofitting projects.
* I made several computers programs to speed up my iterations during the design phase of my projects.
* I draw all the plans of my works (design, studies, retrofits, etc.) using ACADD.
