Profile Description

I am a native-English speaker with excellent written/oral communication skills and a typing speed of 63 words per minute.
I graduated from DeVry University in March 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (California, USA) and am proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access.
I acquired 9 months of professional experience at Gateway One Lending & Finance providing technical support for remote and local users requiring good English written and verbal communication.
This was accomplished via telephone, TeamViewer remote support webchat software, email, and the Spiceworks ticketing system.
I often taught or assisted users with software and other digital technologies.
I also performed 3 years of Customer Service at a Call Center in the United States Army dealing mainly with remote customers.
Additionally, I performed data entry responsibilities while in the Army, Gateway One, and Westcliff Medical Laboratories.
I am very patient and accommodating when it comes to teaching.
Given my team-oriented military background, I will also learn and adapt quickly to company technologies and culture.
