I have a good background in research and writing, completing course units back in college in relation with; technical writing, public relations, and advertising. My creative aspect of skills came from years of experience in theatrical production, play writing, and acting.
I acquired BPO (call center) experience dealing with fraud department, analyzing poker and casino games. I passed all of the training required for dealing with patterns of consumer accounts including spending, winnings, claims, etc. I also handled charged back transactions and identifying fake Credit Card and Debit Cards, ID, and some important
documents.
I also have a good background in management, I handled our family business operations for years. We buy fruits and vegetables from different farmers and selling it to big markets. I handled logistics, employees, deals, and accounting.
