In the company I worked with, I was taught that the knowledge and skills of an employee is just secondary to an employee's ATTITUDE or CHARACTER. Knowledge and skills can be easily acquired with the right attitude and character. I am a highly motivated person. I know what I want and that is to be the best that I can be in just anything I'm engaged with especially in doing my job. I am committed to soar high and to never settle for less.
I have made myself a veteran in a BPO industry for 7 years. I worked as a Senior Product Support Specialist for Linksys, formerly
a division of Cisco which is now acquired by Belkin. I was trained to have great skills in customer service and to be technology savvy at the same time. I was awarded as a Top Employee on the said company. I'm an expert in setting up SOHO networking devices. I have had acquired trainings that honed me very well. My acquired skills and knowledge make me confident enough that I can do the job you want me to do but I'm still and will continue to be enthusiastic towards learning new things and unlearning what needs to be unlearned for I understand that there's always going to be a room for improvement.
