I currently work as a customer service representative in one of the elite bpo's here in the Philippines. I am well-versed with the English language, good at multitasking and results-oriented. My experience with the BPO industry taught me the importance of hitting targets and setting personal goals. I am computer savvy and can work as a researcher, data encoder, transcriptionist, virtual assistant and customer service representative. I have worked as a travel agent and am knowledgeable with travel related matters. I am resourceful and I know where to look for answers. I am looking for a job that will give me the opportunity to learn new things and be good at it. I am willing to learn and I learn fast.
