? Research and collect information for App content (products, deals, discounts, promotions).
? Collect all discounts and privileges based on credit, membership and privilege cards to upload in the portal through CSV file.
? Maintain and update all information and content on App.
? Analyze data and quality check uploaded entries in the portal.
? Inquire and make phone calls to merchants with their existing promos.
? Coordinates and report any technical issues arising with other team.
? Provides daily tracking and reporting.
2. Project Tailor (KMS), Customer Communications and Knowledge Management
? Responsible for all tasks that are relevant to updating and modifying of data directly in the system.

? Responsible for all tasks that are relevant to content migration, maintenance and creating of new entries in the system.
? Reviews and analyses telecommunication network promos, plans and products. It includes mechanics, scenarios, and frequently asked question. (FAQ’s)
? Performs analysis of data and quality check of the created entries.
? Recommend keywords for better optimization
? Improves process scripting for Customer Service scenarios.
? Provides daily work load and tracking of articles as Lead Admin.
? Ensures all entries conform to the client specifications and requirements.
