As my resume indicates, I have worked with Linksys (a Division of Cisco systems), DELL handling customers, troubleshooting with them over the phone and also with convergys for more than a year, I am good in working with network related issues and OS troubleshooting, i have knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Applications such as word, excel, power point. I do some up selling with my previous work and direct selling with my last job and some admin works as well. I also have knowledge working with android phones
so you won’t have to go to great expense training me. In addition, I have learned how to deal with a wide variety of people, from the pleasant customer to the irate. In every case, I assess their needs and how the company can address them most effectively. The vast majority of my customers have walked away content.
