I've been working for almost 13 years in different companies.
My ability to learn fast and being organize, I managed my last job very well with little supervision from my manager. At first I thought I couldn't make it because there are no guidelines implemented for my position, only general rules. Paying attention to every small details was my instrument for everyday task.Because of this experience, I strongly believe that even a person is not in line with the specific job, and the employer gives you a chance, as long as that person carries the good attitude toward his/her job, nothing is impossible.
