I graduated with a degree of BS in Development Communication.
I further took up Professional Education major in Secondary English which had me licensed as a Professional Teacher.
I am currently taking up my 2nd degree, BS in Accountancy.
I have worked in a Real Estate Company for 2 years as a front desk Customer Service Specialist.
I basically attend to existing customers’ needs and concerns and at the same time, I entertain inquiries from potential customers who (1) walk in the office and (2) call us through telephone.
I also do simple advertising materials for the company such as flyers & leaflets, I write script for TV crawlers, conduct orientation for newly hired real estate agents and brokers.
I also collect, compile, and submit customers’ loan requirements to our affiliate financing institutions.
After 2 years in the real estate world, I moved to the call center industry (BPO).
I started as a Customer Service Representative for an American Telecom, then as a Sales Representative for an Online Listing.
I was promoted as a Supervisor handling 15-20 people.
I make sure my people are happy making sales for the company.
I later on moved to an Australian Call Center, still as a Supervisor for a Sales Team selling Hair Regrowth Laser device to consumers and to small businesses and chemists in Australia.
Again, I make sure my agents are happy bringing in $ to the company, I monitor their calls to make sure they stick to the Quality Assurance guidelines, I edit/copy write the emails they make before they send them to the customers.
I revise the sales script every now and then. I make about 6-8 reports per day, conducts team huddles, resolves agents’ issues, escalate unresolved issues.
I stayed with the company for over 4 years after which I was offered a Senior Team Leader post working for an American Employer.
I handled 15-20 sales agents who convince actors wannabes to sign up with us so the Casting Directors can view their profiles hence increasing their chances to land in an acting job.
It was a start-up center hence we did all the Policies and Procedures.
Then I had to stop working because I got married and decided to take up another college degree, leading me to this option of working at home which I find very convenient.
I have my own computer and fast and reliable internet connection.
