Profile Description

The advantage of hiring me is that I could work with minimum to no supervision, I am comfortable working on a cross-cultural setup, I have a wide range of skill sets, and I have a bird's eye view of the expectations of an employer with his/her employee.
I employ time management, efficiency, and I work on the principle of integrity.
I have more than 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant/bookkeeper to a mortgage broker in Australia.
I have been managing his calendar (booking appointments with clients and seminars/webinars), performing administrative tasks (filing of documents, managing his emails, preparing and submitting documents for renewal or application of licenses, etc.) while handling payroll and bookkeeping.
In addition, I have 11 years of experience with an outsourced American company (and on the list of Fortune 500), and I have excelled as a processor/associate in a POS backroom setting with my analytical skills, as well as typing skills (61 wpm with 100% accuracy).
I was eventually promoted to a team leader position after 3 years because of my initiative to redesign and re-engineer our work process, as well as my people skills in handling and mentoring my colleagues who are challenged.
I am also quite adept with MS Office Applications, especially with the use of MS Excel, and have used my creativity and resourcefulness to develop automated reports.
And for my development, the company exposed me to the Six Sigma discipline, as well as Quality Management.
I am also quite experienced with documentation based on ISO requirements.
I may not be tasked as the internal auditor of our department, but I am quite experienced with how it works as my team has always been audited because of the nature of our work (financial - disbursement), and no findings were ever found.
