In my stint as a Chief Nurse managing operations and administrative functions of a multi-specialty clinic for the last five years, it has been vital that I had impeccable skills to pen business correspondences that circulate within the company.
From memorandums, to checklists, to interdepartmental communications, be it in Arabic, Spanish or English, I would very quickly come up with the right solutions for uninterrupted flow of operations.
The writings I have made greatly contributed to institutionalizing systems within the growing company.
As the neighborhood clinic transitions into a Specialist Hospital, I have helped prepare its staff to adapt to major changes incorporated with the new system.
I have penned the Operations Manual which has both the English and the Arabic languages to ensure that all personnel would be able to understand, carry over tasks, and keep consistency in following correct work flows to achieve an orderly and happy organization.
