Profile Description

I have 3 years Call Center Experience. 6 Months of which was as a Customer Service Representative for US Company; the rest as Quality Assurance Analyst in the same company.
From 2002-2007, I worked in the Accounting Field for two different local companies. From an Inventory Clerk, to Accounts Receivable officer, to Sales and Marketing Assistant I have learned a lot from doing a variety of tasks for the same company.
When I finally decided to move up a bit, I worked as a Junior Accountant in a different company. The job though involved a lot of others tasks apart from recording transactions and doing Payroll. I went out to take care of banking transactions, did regular physical inventory counts, file Taxes and secure permits for the company and it's sister company.
In 2008, I realized I need a more dynamic work environment and I accepted a completely different job, requiring different set of skills and higher level of determination and patience, endurance and enthusiasm. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry had a significant influence on a more confident, open-minded, more aggressive Customer Service Representative. Talking to Americans and Canadians eight hours a day, listening to their complaints and taking care of their requests and concerns was a tough job but somehow rewarding. A simple "thank you" and "you have a great day" from a customer were enough stress relievers.
At the moment, I telecommute as an International Calling Representative, still for a U.S. based company. I have been working with clients from Australia, and Asian countries since 2011. In the same way as my previous jobs, it requires patience and diligence.
