Profile Description

As a product specialist I must know my product very well both positive and negative aspect of it, so i know how to deal with customers query about the product that i'm representing and not just attending with the customers query but to give them a nice and friendly service that will reflect with the branch where i'm working. Also part of my job is to check the availability of the stocks both in suppliers room and branch where i'm working so i know what certain model i need to push. Making sales report is also a must to my job as well as reporting some important details about competitors, e.g. price list, price mark downs and ups, promos and premium items. I can handle to work under pressure and with minimal supervision and i know how to work in a team and be productive.
