I worked for the number one BPO company in the Philippines for 8 years supporting US Accounts. Currently I am working for an Australian-based non-life insurance company as a Claims Officer. Just recently I have accepted an additional role as a Quality Apprentice. My role is to audit random samples of claims being processed to determine if claims officers are following the correct process as mandated by the company in order to prevent leakage. I am looking for a part time job for additional income.
