I have thirteen years of work experience focusing on training, quality, process documentation, process improvement and training. I can say my contributions have greatly helped the companies I have worked with by creating process documents, training new hired employees, and improving current processes.
Projects I have suggested and were approved by management are creating quality monitoring forms that will meet business needs, creating guidelines and procedures to be used for training and operations, providing new hire and supplemental training to associates. I have also contribute to profit by changing current scripts used by call center agents to entice customers to apply for programs offered.
Currently, I am assigned to focus on documents and records management. In addition to this, I am doing process documentation.
I can say that my years of work experience and determination has made me an expert in terms of providing good customer satisfaction that will exceed expectations. As my Supervisor always says, I have the capacity to do things above and beyond.
