I have been working in a customer oriented environment for several years now and has demonstrated my skills in handling customers with different needs and requirements as well as managing people/staff being the Head of IT Helpdesk and Onsite Support Team as well as management of the outsourced support vendor.
Moreover, I have had exposures on the financial side as Collections Assistant, AR Analyst and the latest as Finance Officer with emphasis on Accounts Payable and Budget Monitoring which I think will definitely be of great use and significance on any tasks that needs to be performed or completed.
