I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years. My experience has given me skills that I can definitely use now, if I'm given the opportunity.
I have experience in customer service and back office while working for
different BPO companies.
My job description ranged from handling billing and up-selling phone support
for a North America phone company. I have also worked for a prepaid card
phone company where I handled customer service and technical support. I have
a background in debit card customer service and also worked for one of the
world's biggest employment websites where I was given the chance to become
an auxiliary trainer. Recently, I also worked for an online based company
wherein we handled customer service, payment processing and submitting
orders.
Because of these experiences I'm able to communicate effectively both in
written and spoken English and I have become confident in sharing ideas and solving problems. I'm punctual and believes that I can only contribute
when I'm present. I take pride in knowing that throughout my previous
employments that I have exerted all efforts in being available for my team
and my employers.
